Egg Fried Rice

            Chinese fried rice, schezwan fried rice, egg fried rice, chicken fried rice, mixed fried rice are some of the most common ones that we get. With so many ways fried rice can be made presenting today a quick and easy rice recipe with the goodness of eggs. The simple egg fried rice made in a jiffy with basic fresh ingredients, boiled eggs and rice. We have option to use cabbage additionally can skip though if you not like the taste of cabbage. Use of soya sauce and Worcestershire Sauce makes the rice Chinese styled. Sometimes people use “Ajinomoto” or MSG(monosodium glutamate) along with soya sauce but it is not recommended by experts as it contains certain chemicals results some side effects. 
    Anyways the recipe perfect for any get-together or small party or any time and is perfect with chicken recipes like garlic chicken. Try it out and enjoy it any day…..
     

Ingredients:

·        Rice(Gobindo-bhog  Rice)2 cup(small),
·        Boiled egg 3 nos.
·        Chopped red bell paper2 tbsp.
·        Chopped green capsicum2 tbsp.
·        Chopped garlic  -5-6 pods
·        Chopped ginger -1 tsp.
·        Ghee1 tbsp.
·        Chicken mixed masala1 tbsp.
·        Salt to taste
·        Sugar1/2 tsp.
·        Crushed black pepper – ¼ tsp.
·        Soya sauce¼ tsp.
·        Worcestershire Sauce – 1/4 tsp.
(Water has to use twice of rice and for this measurement always use that cup in which you measured rice.)
Method:
·        Wash rice to remove the extra corn-starch of rice and soak it in water for 5-6 minutes
·        Then strain water and keep aside.
·        Heat ghee in a kadai.
·        Add chopped garlic and ginger in it .Sauté it for few seconds.
·        Now add chopped capsicums and mix it and add soaked rice. Sauté for a minute.
·        You will notice rice will get fried lightly, add both sauces and chicken mixed masala and mix well.
·        Pour water and add salt, sugar and mix it.
·        When it starts to boil, covering with a lid let it to boil for 10 -15 minutes. A nice aroma will come out so the rice is done. Switch off the flame
·        Then open the lid and mix gently for one time to avoid sticking to bottom and place half cut boiled egg over.
·        Again cover with a lid and give a standing time for another 2 minutes and serve hot.
