Egg Less Mango Pudding

Humid summer is knocking the door
                 Itching and irritation more and more
We need cool stuff all for sure
               Do eat Mango Pudding fresh and pure.

Yes I become mad after eating chilled Egg less pudding and began to write short   poem. :)
        I just tried the recipe of “Mango Cheese Cake” and replace the cheese with hung curd to make this beautiful Egg less Mango Pudding.
     The taste is as good as it looks. Try this summer cooler today and give me your valuable comments.

·        Yogurt- 1 cup.
·        Mango Pulp – 1 no.
·        Condense Milk – ½ cup.
·        Chopped Cashew nuts – 1 tbsp.
·        Gelatin – 1 tsp.
·        Hot Water – 3 tbsp.
For coating:
·        Gelatin- 1 tsp.
·        Hot water – 3 tbsp.
·        Mango Pulp – 1 no.
For garnishing
·        whipped cream as required.

·        In a mixing bowl put Yogurt, mango pulp, condense milk and chopped cashew nuts and mix well.
·        Dissolve gelatin in 3 tbsp. hot water. Mix well so that no lump is form and pours into the above mixture and beat well.
·        Put this mixture into a butter greased mould.
·        Now put this mixture into the Refrigerator for settling down (at least 2 -3 hours).
·        For coating mix mango pulp and soaped gelatin into water and mix it well.
·        Pull out the freshly formed pudding form refrigerator.

·        After de moulding spread the coating mixture over it and again put this into refrigerator for 3 – 4 hours.
·        Again pull out this pudding and garnish it with whipped cream.
·        Serve chilled with everyone.
