No Bake No Egg Cheese Cake

        An ancient form of cheesecake may have been a popular dish in ancient Greece even prior to Romans' adoption of it with the conquest of Greece. 
     Cheesecake is a sweet dish consisting of two or more layers. The main, and thickest layer, consists of a mixture of soft, fresh cheese, eggs, and sugar; the bottom layer is often a crust or base made from crushed cookies,graham crakers or simply biscuits. It may be baked or unbaked (usually refrigerated). Cheesecake is usually sweetened with sugar  and may be flavored or topped with fruits,whipped cream,nuts,fruit sauce, and/or chocolate syrup. – Courtesy Wikipedia
        This one is very rich and consisting of high calorie food.Generally most of the children are addict to cheese cake but unfortunately I can't make this for my little angel,because she has only loves for homemade fruit cake.Anyways my husband , sister and friends are fan of my cheese cake.

·        Strawberry Oreo biscuit (or any other biscuit /cookies ) – 1 pack(200 grams).
·        Butter (Melted) – 4 tbsp.
For filling:
·        Cream Cheese (I used Philadelphia) – 100 grams.
·        Whipped cream (After beating and until it has become soft peak)  - 5 tbsp.
·        White chocolate – 100 grams.
·        Gelatin – 2 tbsp.
·        Hot water – 4 tbsp.
·        Pine apple essence – 5 -6 drops.
·        Milk made – 150 grams.
·        Choco chips – 1 handful.
·        Chopped pistachio – 1 ½ tbsp.

·        Make a dust of Oreo biscuit .Pour melted butter into it. Mix well.

·        Take a spring form cake tin. Put biscuit-butter mixture into it. Spread and press it with your finger.

·        Cover the mould with a cling film and put it in refrigerator.
·        For filling first beat soften cream cheese and milk maid until it becomes frothy.
·        Put white chocolate bar in a oven prove bowl and melt it in a medium-high powder for 1 ½ minutes.
·        Beat it with hand beater for creating no lumps
·        Mix it with cheese – milkmaid mixture. Beat well.
·        Then mix whipped cream and fold.

·        Mix Gelatin with hot water without any lumps and mix with the above mixture.

·        Now put pineapple or any essence you like and chopped pistachio and Choco chips in it and mix well. Keep some chopped pistachio aside for topping .

·        Put this mixture into the cake tin after pulling out from refrigerator. Spread rest pistachio and peeled dark chocolate on top and again chilled for overnight.

·        Cut and Serve this chilled No Bake No egg Cheese cake to your friends and dear ones.
