Sahi Tukra With Mango


Ingredients:

  •        Bread – 6 piece.
  •       Sugar – ½ cup.
  •    Milk - - 600 ml.
  •      Dry roasted snof / fennel seed  – ½ tsp.
  •     Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp.
  •      Fresh mawa (grated) – ½ cup.
  •      Pipe fresh mango (chopped) – 1 no.
  •      Bay Leaf – 1no.
  •      Kesar stands -1 pinch.
  •    Ghee – 2 tbsp.
  •    Cashew nuts – ½ tbsp. (finely chopped).
  •    Almond – ½ tbsp. (chopped).

Method:


  •     Heat a deep pan
  •     Pour milk in it for boiling.
  •     At the time of boiling put in it one bay leaf.
  •     When it is boiled put sugar, mawa, snof / fennel seed , cardamom powder in it and stir constantly.
  •     When the milk reduced to half remove it from heat, keep a side and sprinkle Kesar stand on it.
  •     Take bread, cut the side and then cut diagonally.
  •     Take another frying pan and give two tbsp. ghee in it.
  •     When it is melted put bread in it and sallow fry both sides.
  •     Take a flattened serving bowl.
  •     Arrange bread in it for serving.
  •   Pour the milk mixture over it.
  •   Sprinkle chopped mango on it.
  •     Finally garnish with chopped cashew nuts and almonds.
  •     Put it in refrigerator.
  •     Serve cool to your dear ones.
