Baked Panir Potato Masala

                                     Baked Panir Potato Masala


Ingredients:


1.       Boiled potato(medium)  - 4 nos.
2.       Onion (finely chopped)  - 1 no.
3.       Grated ginger – 1 tsp.
4.       Chopped green chili – 2 nos.
5.       Mano pickle – 1 tsp.
6.       Capsicum (finely chopped) – 1 and ½ tbsp.
7.       Tomato Chopped (medium) – 1 no.
8.       Smashed Chana – 100 grms.
9.       Salt – to taste.
10.   Sugar – 1 tbsp.
11.   Posted cumin seed powder – 1 tbsp.
12.   Hard-boiled egg – 1 no.(grated or finely chopped)
13.   Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp (chopped).
14.   Ghee – ¼ tsp.
15.   Chat masala – ¼ tsp.
16.   Flour – 1 tsp.

Method:

1.       Take a mixture bowl, smash potato, chopped onion ,capsicum,tomato,green chili, chat masala, salt as per test and mango pickle and mixed it well, keep aside.
2.       Take another bowl, put in it chana , little bit salt ,roasted cumin seed powder (keep aside little bit cumin powder for garnishing) and mix it well.
3.       Take a flattened oven proof baking dish, Grease ghee in it, put potato mixture on it and press it with palm equally.
4.       Put on it chana mixture and press it with palm as done before.
5.       Spread on it chopped or grated egg, chopped coriander and sprinkle the cumin powder.
6.       Bake it for 10 – 12 minutes.
7.       You serve it with bread butter toast or can be used as filling of any sandwich.
